If you want me to read your feature script and give you one set of detailed notes focused on:
developing your script potential, looking specifically at overall structure and how story and conflict could be strengthened
character development, story arcs, adherence to the 3-act structure
distinctive character voices, sharpening dialogue
any layout issues
But if you would like my further involvement I charge an additional USD 150. Then together we will go through:
the notes in my cover document in an individual 45 minute feedback and mentoring session, online or in person
we discuss applying the feedback to your rewrite, and set a deadline for your second draft
I then generate a second set of notes on draft two, mapping your way forward.
TV Pilot Script

Focused on developing and structuring an attention-grabbing pilot, planting the seeds for a renewable series proposition, strengthening audience engagement, story arcs, cliffhangers, hooks and tags, distinctive character voices, sharpening dialogue, layout issues.
Together we will go through:
detailed notes on draft one
an individual 45 minute feedback and mentoring session, online or in person
we look at ways of applying the feedback to your rewrite
I then generate a second set of notes on draft two, mapping your way forward.
Pitch Pack for Feature Film or TV Pilot
USD 200
Pitch doc (3 pages), story bible (10 pages) & character descriptions (3 pages): Turnaround time: 5 full working days
I provide guidance on supporting documents and motivations, refining your core proposition, applying genre models to the proposal, developing your character descriptions, sharpening log-lines and tag-lines, refining a short verbal pitch.
Together we will go through:
detailed notes on first draft documents
an individual 30 minute online feedback session
applying the feedback to your rewrites
further notes on draft two and mapping the way forward
Please note: longer documents will require more of my time, hence a higher fee. I would advise that you edit down to the industry standard page lengths provided above in advance.
