Neil McCarthy is one of the most experienced writers of film, television and theatre in the country. He has helmed some of South Africa's most successful TV shows, like Isidingo and Rhythm City. He knows the industry inside out and, with a background as an actor and playwright, has a foundation of character and storytelling in his bones. Neil is also an excellent teacher and mentor to younger writers.
